As you can imagine, St. Paddy's Day is a big holiday for restaurants and bars alike. GUINNESS Distinctive Seafood wanted to educate the operators of such businesses on how they can drive traffic and check rings by creating an

Irish-inspired menu, featuring GUINNESS food and beer. Merchandising materials were created to help promote GDS during the holiday season, including customizable table tents, danglers, mirror clings, necklaces and visors. Numerous stats and infographics were also included to speak on how GUINNESS creates the ultimate food and beer experience that drives sales and how they could be leaving money on the table during one of the most celebrated holidays in the bar and restaurant industry.
